We are a Richmond-based talent and recruitment consultancy working with regional businesses in South West London, Surrey and the Home Counties.

We specialise in roles within financial services, including positions in financial planning, wealth management, investment management, property finance and mortgages.

Meet The Team.

Anette Bratteberg Beelaerts

Founder and Director

Anette started her career in various commercial and operational roles in the City of London. She then worked in government relations and regulatory affairs for the Association for Financial Markets in Europe, Nationwide and Standard Chartered Bank. From 2017 – 2021 Anette ran a career advice site called Mothers & Careers focusing on helping parents get back to work after a career break. Following on from the success of Mothers & Careers, Anette decided to continue her career in recruitment.

Rebecca du Plooy

Operations Assistant

Rebecca is a recent graduate from University of Exeter where she successfully completed a BSc in Business Management with an advanced module in Human Resources. She brings fresh perspective, great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

Caroline Doherty

Associate Director of New Business

Caroline worked within the Aviation Industry as an HR professional before moving into commercial recruitment. Initially operating as a recruitment consultant, she went on to manage the team of a niche HR search company. In her last role, Caroline was Managing Director of a flexible working talent firm whose aim was to partner with growing SMEs enabling them source top talent on a flexible or part time basis.
