Client Services Manager.

£30,000-£35,000 per annum

The Role – Client Services and Review Manager           

Starting Salary – £30 – £35k (pro rata) depending on skills and previous experience.

Role Type – Permanent (non-advisory), full time (35 hrs per week) with hybrid working offered after initial training period.

Location – Stockbridge, Hampshire or Claygate, Surrey

About the role: 

We are looking for an energetic and organised person to join our Service Delivery team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team where client service is at the heart of everything while contributing to the working culture and development of the business. 

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the annual review process, providing support to Financial Planners, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality client service across the full advice and review lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate and organise annual reviews 

  • Working with the team to ensure that all documents are prepared prior to review meetings. 
  • Maintaining the client database and records. 
  • Preparing valuations and other items required by the Financial Planner. 
  • Confirming contributions and withdrawals for varying products. 
  • Reviewing and completing annual review control sheets. 
  • Providing post meeting support and work with the rest of the team ensuring all work is completed. 

Manage client relationships and delivery of advice 

  • Supporting the Financial Planner in preparing solutions to present to clients and keeping them informed of any client queries. 
  • Taking full ownership of endtoend implementation processes for clients, ensuring IT systems and investment platforms are accurately set up for seamless onboarding and completion of work. 
  • Managing all client documentation and transactional requests, including preparing and submitting paperwork, guiding clients through required forms, and independently processing fund switches, topups, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and compliance. 
  • Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and the range of products and services offered. 

General administrative duties 

  • Working with the Paraplanner and wider team to manage workloads and ensure advice delivery. 
  • Helping draft suitability reports, producing illustrations and conducting research. 
  • Understanding compliance processes including file checks, fact finds, risk profiles and due diligence. 
  • Ensuring accuracy and ownership of client data. 
  • Processing financial planning paperwork and quotes using third?party systems. 
  • Onboarding new clients and investment plans into the Client Hub/back?office system. 
  • Invoicing and payment follow-up. 
  • Managing diaries, taking calls and providing ad hoc team support.

Desirable qualifications or experience 

  • Minimum 2 years in a client service or administrative role within a financial planning or financial services organisation.
